Network: Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller Driver

Just had a problem with my Dell PC,it started yesterday,whenever i restart my PC the Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller (LAN) cannot connect.I have to use device manager to remove it then scan for hardware changes which reinstalls it and everything it then fine.not sure what the problem is .nothing new installed either hardware or software. Any ideas or suggestion welcome.
